Board Care
1. Always hand wash with a mild soap and soft cloth, never put in a dish washer.
2. Your board is protected with a food safe mineral oil mixture, it will last a long time. If you notice your board is dry or showing dry spots, you may use mineral oil to refresh the finish. We use Odie's Oil brand during production on our small boards.
3. Charcuterie boards will show knife marks over time, contact us if you need a proper cutting board or a larger replacement.
